ROLE SUMMARY

Serves as both a hands-on practitioner and subject matter expert for BGCA’s Total Rewards programs, partnering with the Senior Total Rewards Leader to administer and enhance compensationandbenefitprograms. This roleis responsible forexecuting key compensation activities, ensuring benefits are administeredin accordance withplan documents and compliance requirements, andprovidingexpert guidance to improve program effectiveness, employee experience, and cost efficiency. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliveraccurate, employee-centered programs while supporting continuous improvement, system optimization, and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex benefit, compensation, and leave-related issues, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresolution. Ensure benefit plans are administeredin accordance withplan documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies;identifyrisks and recommend solutions that enhance programs, improvethe employeeexperience, or reduce costs. Administer compensation-related activities, including job pricing, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, title consistency review, and pay analysis. Support and execute annual and cyclical compensation processes, including merit planning, market analysis, JCCMP activities, incentive administration, and other compensation projects. Conduct analysis of compensation programs, market data, and benefit expenditures;identifytrends, develop insights, and support data-informed recommendations. Supportemployee education and communications related to Total Rewards programs, helping employees understand available offerings and compensation decisions. Assitwith the administration ofopen enrollment activities, including planning, coordination, employee communications, issue resolution, and post-enrollment quality review. Support implementation, testing, and optimization of UKG Ready benefits and compensation modules, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and effective user experience. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment across processes, systems, and service delivery. Produce,validate, and analyze Total Rewards data, reports, audits, andrequiredfilings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain, document, and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and quality control practices to support consistent execution and compliance. Review and quality check work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Total Rewards activities. Model BGCA’s values of integrity, excellence, and inclusion in all interactions and decisions.

SUCCESS MEASURES

Benefit plans are administered accurately andin accordance withplan documents, compliance requirements, and internal policies. Compensation activities, including job pricing, salary surveys, title alignment, merit processes, and other cyclical projects, are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule. Open enrollment and ongoingbenefitsadministration are delivered efficiently, with strong employee support,accurateprocessing, and effective issue resolution. Analysis of compensation programs, market data, and benefit expenditures produces clear insights and actionable recommendations. UKG Ready benefits and compensation modules are tested thoroughly and implemented with a high degree of accuracy and functionality. Reports, audits, and filings are complete,accurate, and delivered within established deadlines. Work products consistentlydemonstratestrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective quality control.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES

Support broader HR initiatives and special analyses as assigned. Provide backup support across Total Rewards functions to ensure continuity of service and operational effectiveness. Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with hands-on responsibility for compensation andbenefitsadministration. Experience administering compensation programs, including job pricing, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, merit cycles, pay analysis, and title alignment. Experience supporting or administering employee benefit programs, open enrollment, vendor coordination, compliance activities, and plan operationsin accordance withplan documents. Experience working with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration systems, and Excel-based reporting; experience with UKG Ready or similar systems preferred.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

Strong knowledge of Total Rewards programs, withparticular expertiseinbenefitsadministration, compensation practices, retirement, leave, and related compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to administer benefit plansin accordance withplan documents and applicable regulations, whileidentifyingopportunities to improve offerings, reduce risk, and manage costs. Hands-on experience with compensation administration, including job pricing, market benchmarking, survey participation, title consistency review, merit processes, and other cyclical compensation activities. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate compensation data, market trends, and benefit expenditures and translate findings into clear recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quality check work for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute detailed work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in resolving complexemployee,system, and vendor-related issues. Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and system partners to support seamless program administration. Advancedproficiencyin Excel and HR systems, with the ability to produceaccuratereporting, conduct analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
