Job description:

1. Set up, update, and maintain new and existing customer accounts, ensuring accurate information across company systems.
2. Manage internal mailboxes, data transfers, onboarding requests, and sales order information while ensuring timely resolution of customer needs.
3. Research and resolve data discrepancies and out-of-production cases, maintain accurate documentation, and educate customers on data integrity requirements.
4. Support sales and cross-functional teams by routing sales leads, coordinating customer preferences, creating shipping placards, and assisting with account-related requests.
5. Provide general administrative and reception support, including greeting visitors, directing deliveries, notifying staff of appointments, and assisting with additional office duties as needed.

• Associate's Degree

Requirements:

• Must have prior administrative or data entry experience
• Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
