Portfolio Strategy Lead - Office Print Solutions This Office Print Solutions (OPS) Portfolio Strategy lead is responsible for securing approval for high-level global portfolio plans and investments, aligning and prioritizing them with organizational objectives, and creating a comprehensive plan with associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks. The role supports the HP Laser Jet Printer Business and leads cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams to develop and execute portfolio planning exercises. Additionally, the role leads OPS level initiatives and special projects including coordinating marketing and launch messaging, influencing customer segmentation strategies, and partnering across GTM teams to strengthen relationships and drive sales. Responsibilities Develop and secure approval for high‑level global OPS Enterprise Print plans and investments on a global scale, aligning them with organizational objectives. Lead OPS special projects, align business insights with key strategic partners on future programs, and investigate new business models. Influence customer segmentation, partner to generate customer insights, and develop strategies at a global scale focused on different customer segments. Partner with GTM senior management to strengthen relationships and drive sales. Provide mentorship and guidance to lower‑level employees, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Education & Experience Four‑year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
