The Opportunity The firm's General Counsel/CCO is looking to add a Compliance Associate to help manage a growing workload across compliance, back office, and regulatory functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated compliance professional looking to take on increasing responsibility at a boutique, entrepreneurial platform. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support day-to-day compliance operations across the firm Assist with NDA review and deal-related compliance matters Manage and maintain the compliance calendar Handle annual regulatory filings Conduct marketing material reviews Review brokerage statements Administer the Code of Ethics program Assist with back office functions as needed Manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities simultaneously Take on broad-based buy-side compliance responsibilities as they arise Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in compliance, ideally within investment management Self-starter who can identify work that needs to get done and take initiative without being told Strong attention to detail Responsive and reliable, comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once Work Environment In-office Monday-Thursday, WFH Fridays #J-18808-Ljbffr
