Standard Job Description The Facilities Supervisor will lead and coordinate all Maintenance Technicians at LockheedMartin’s Chelmsford, Westford, and Andover sites. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of a multi‑shift workforce (7days a week) with primary production focus on first and second shift. Basic Qualifications 3+years of progressive facilities/maintenance supervision experience, preferably in a multi‑site, 24‑/7 environment. Strong knowledge of preventive‑maintenance practices, building systems, and safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or associate‑level training is a plus. Desired Skills Ability to create and manage work schedules and monitor workflow across shifts. Ability to analyze facilties demands and prioritize work to support first‑and second‑shift operations. Familiarity with the multiple buildings/plant layouts and equipment. Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude for process‑driven issues and the ability to intervene directly when critical schedules are at risk Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
