Junior Account Executive

Overview Marla Aaron is a leading jewelry brand based in New York City. As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in the day‑to‑day details of our wholesale accounts, reviewing orders, shipping, and monitoring the information and product needs for each of our valued wholesale partners. You will communicate with the stores on a weekly, daily, and sometimes hourly basis to ensure they have everything they need related to our collections. You will report to and work closely with the Wholesale Director. Responsibilities Handle general administration of all wholesale accounts. Own wholesale orders (special and stock) for all accounts from entry to invoicing. Coordinate with Shipping and Fulfillment to ensure all wholesale orders are sent expeditiously. Coordinate with the Production department on all returns, repairs and any urgent partner needs. Work with Marketing on wholesale‑specific marketing collateral and proposals. Respond to additional requests from Retailers. Assist in training sessions for wholesale accounts. Assist with trunk show preparation and attendance when needed. Ensure trunk inventory is accurate to prevent loss prevention. Learn, possess, and present product knowledge regarding pricing, availability, and options. Qualifications Fast learner. Rigorous attention to detail. Own mistakes and learn from them. Ask questions when you don't understand. Find the positive in negative situations. Effective communication via phone, email, text, social media, and in person. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, and willingness to learn technology necessary to improve workflow. Love organization in a Marie Kondo style. Love jewelry and fashion, and love the human race even more. Willing to take on tasks outside of job description (roll with it). Experience Assistant with 1–3 years of experience in Retail Buying/Selling/Wholesale account management. Compensation Salary Range: $67,000 - $72,000. Benefits Health insurance.
