We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about ethical ABA services and enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. We are currently expanding due to increased client demand and have immediate clients available in South Tampa and Riverview/Brandon. Unlike large corporate ABA providers, we focus on manageable caseloads, clinician support, and high-quality care for the families we serve. Starting at $51+/hour based on experience Up to 60 hours PTO annually (plus the opportunity for an additional 3 paid holidays after 1 year) Health insurance Paid mileage Unlimited CEU access Opportunities for leadership and career growth Hands on training & support Company provided tablet Electronic billing, scheduling, and data collection systems Services are provided in a variety of settings including: Schools Client homes Community settings Some telehealth supervision opportunities may be available depending on client needs. Caseload & Clinical Support Typical BCBA caseload: 2-10 clients on average depending on service intensity and BCBA choice RBT support on cases to assist with program implementation Administrative support from Owner & Regional Director with scheduling and client intake Collaborative BCBA leadership team available for consultation BCBA owner and BCBA Regional Director are available for ongoing clinical support and collaboration Unlike many ABA organizations, we do not require a fixed billable hour quota . BCBAs have the flexibility to shape their schedule and caseload based on their preferred workload and availability , allowing them to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing high-quality care. Our model prioritizes ethical treatment recommendations and clinical quality over insurance-driven hour requirements. Schedule Flexible scheduling with immediate morning, afternoon, & evening availability . Requirements BCBA Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and skills assessments , including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment updates Provide parent training and caregiver support Collaborate with school teams and other professionals involved in care Maintain accurate clinical documentation, graphs, and reports Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the BACB Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Requirements Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting Maintain BCBA certification and CEU requirements Current CPR/AED certification Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Adherence to BACB ethical guidelines Why Join Our Team?
