Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Provide ongoing medication management by monitoring treatment effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.
• Offer crisis intervention support to patients experiencing emotional distress or acute psychiatric issues.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing mental illness.
• Provide therapeutic support through various counseling methods, including psychoeducation tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits
