What you will be doing: Conducts forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees Conducts scheduled training for all functions in the account for all shifts Arranges and oversees weekly orientation sessions in basic safety training for new employees Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure employees meet strategic goals and achieve results Makes recommendations to the managers for go or no go into the account Requirements: High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency Minimum 3 months experience and/or training preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
