Pay Rate: $18.93 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help control access, verify credentials when required, and document site activity in written and/or electronic reports.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and assisting with security-related procedures during routine operations and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
