Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group care.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster a sense of community among patients while addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate care pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
