Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor – English/SpanishCertco is looking for an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team at our Daniels Street location.This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys working with people, developing employees, solving problems, and making a difference in a fast-paced distribution environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be an important part of helping our team succeed.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading employees, coordinating daily warehouse activities, maintaining safety and productivity standards, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.What You'll DoSupervise, lead, coach, and develop warehouse employeesCommunicate daily expectations and operational priorities to the teamProvide direction and support to employees in both English and SpanishMonitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performanceHold employees accountable to established expectations and company policiesAssist with training and onboarding new employeesPromote a safe, clean, and productive work environmentCoordinate daily warehouse activities and adjust priorities as business needs changeIdentify and help resolve operational issues and workflow challengesWork closely with other supervisors, managers, and departments to keep operations running smoothlyCommunicate important information between employees, shifts, and managementHelp maintain inventory accuracy and proper product handlingSupport the implementation and continued use of our Warehouse Management System (WMS)Perform other duties as assigned by managementA Great Opportunity to GrowThis position provides an opportunity to make a direct impact on our warehouse team and operations.
