Responsibilities :

• Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into display boxes and shipping cartons.
• Accurately count products to ensure correct quantities are packed.
• Weigh boxes on designated production lines to verify proper counts and packaging standards.
• Perform quality inspections, including:
  • Verifying correct label placement
  • Checking for packaging defects or bubbles
  • Confirming expiration dates are accurate and legible
  • Identifying misprints or quality concerns
• Follow production schedules and maintain line efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.

Requirements :

• Previous packing, assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to accurately count and inspect products.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for the entire shift.
• Able to maintain pace in a fast-moving production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently when needed.
• Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

Pay & Shift :Pay Rates

• 2nd Shift: $18.23/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19.26/hour

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting where teamwork and efficiency are essential.
• Employees stand throughout the shift.
• Lockers are provided on the first day for personal belongings.
• Clear bags are permitted for approved work essentials such as a calculator, utility knife, swipe card, and pen.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
