ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member with Ann Smith State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Billing inquiries.
Uncover additional needs to round out households.
Proactively make outbound calls to acquire new business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
