Project Executive - Industrial ConstructionLocation: Atlanta, GAEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Industrial ConstructionProvide Executive Leadership on Large-Scale Industrial ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our Atlanta team and lead the successful delivery of complex industrial construction projects throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for a strategic construction leader with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale industrial developments, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing project teams.The Project Executive will provide oversight for multiple industrial projects and serve as a key leader responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and overall project success.ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight for multiple industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams across multiple active projectsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key industry partnersDrive project profitability through effective cost management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and contract administrationSupport business development efforts, client pursuits, interviews, and strategic growth initiativesParticipate in project planning, staffing, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategiesMonitor project performance related to budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfactionReview and approve major project decisions, change orders, subcontractor awards, and procurement activitiesCollaborate with executive leadership to establish operational goals and company initiativesLead executive project reviews and provide regular reporting on project health and performancePromote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organizationDevelop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred10+ years of progressive construction experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership rolesProven experience overseeing industrial construction projects valued from $50M to $500M+Experience managing multiple project teams and large project portfolios simultaneouslyStrong understanding of project operations, scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and risk mitigationDemonstrated success developing client relationships and securing repeat businessExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other construction management platformsBenefitsBase ($180,000-$220,000) + Bonus$900 Monthly Auto Allowance$75 Monthly Cell AllowanceFull Medical, Dental and VisionComputer401k Match 50% of first 6%Generous PTO
