Job Title: Manufacturing Technician B Briggs & Stratton - Power Group As a Manufacturing Technician B your goal is to use your technical expertise, to be the go-to person for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in your area. You'll also be responsible for setting up various production machines to ensure top-notch quality products are manufactured. You will do this by: * Maintaining mechanical, electrical and hydraulics systems for a variety of equipment * Perform various operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges and guarding

• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment; performs preventative maintenance
• Responsible for statistical process charting, interpretation, and

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1.5 years’ relevant working experience to include; Mechanical,

Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic skills Additional Knowledge & Skills:

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to use computers for email communications and data entry for

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Uses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION
