Position Overview

Los Virtuality is seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Representative to support the growth of our interactive event entertainment business. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, responding to sales inquiries, building relationships, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate is confident in client communication, organized with follow-ups, comfortable discussing event needs and pricing, and driven to meet sales goals. This individual should also be willing to learn Los Virtuality's services and equipment in order to confidently recommend the best event solutions for each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and client requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
• Communicate with prospective clients by phone, email, and other approved platforms.
• Learn and effectively present Los Virtuality's event entertainment services, packages, and available equipment.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate entertainment options based on event type, audience, venue, and budget.
• Prepare and communicate quotes, proposals, and service information as directed
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales activity using Company-approved systems.
• Coordinate with management and operations to confirm service availability and event requirements before finalizing commitments.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, partnerships, and business development efforts.
• Meet established sales activity and performance expectations.
• Represent Los Virtuality professionally in all client and business interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, events, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning new products, services, technology, and sales systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining communication with management.
• Experience within the events, entertainment, hospitality, or rental industry is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.00 – 40.0 per week
