The firm’s matrimonial and family law attorneys regularly negotiate and litigate family law matters, separations, premarital agreements, separation agreements, child support, spousal support, custody, and adoption. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of matrimonial law or significant prior litigation/trial experience. We’re looking for an Associate with excellent time management, legal research skills and drafting ability, and a professional presence. If this role aligns with your expertise, we look forward to receiving your application. Our Firm, based in Albany, New York, is the largest in the Capital Region with over 120 attorneys in 19 practice areas. The firm utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach to deliver services to clients.
