Outside Sales Representative - HERMOR Group LLC

Central Florida | Part-time | Field-based B2B Sales

HERMOR Group LLC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for CrewNuts and VIVEXUM. You will initially specialize in one brand. These opportunities are bonus/commission-based only: no fixed base salary or hourly pay.

This is an active sales role involving prospecting, presentations, follow-up and closing. You should be comfortable generating your own opportunities and visiting local businesses.

CREWNUTS - WORKPLACE MEAL SERVICES

Profile: A relationship-driven B2B sales professional with experience approaching business owners, office managers, HR teams and other decision-makers, acquiring accounts and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach local companies for recurring workplace meal services.

- Present the service, follow up, secure agreements and coordinate onboarding with operations.

- Maintain contact with assigned clients, coordinate requests and issues, and identify opportunities to expand orders.

Qualifying accounts: Companies contracting at least 12 meals per day, Monday through Friday (60 meals per week), with weekly orders and an initial four-week service commitment.

Compensation:

- A $500 acquisition bonus for each qualifying new company account, payable after CrewNuts receives payment for its first weekly order. You do not need to wait until the end of the client's initial four-week commitment.

- 10% commission on the account's collected revenue during its first six months, starting with the first paid weekly order.

- From month seven onward, 5% commission while you continue working with CrewNuts and actively managing that account. There is no predetermined end date for this ongoing commission while those conditions are met.

- Commissions are paid weekly on revenue actually collected, excluding taxes, refunds and discounts. Unpaid invoices do not generate commissions.

VIVEXUM - REAL ESTATE TECHNOLOGY

Profile: A proactive sales professional comfortable approaching Realtors and brokerages, explaining technology, demonstrating a platform, following up and closing. Experience selling software, digital marketing or business services is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect Realtors and brokerages and present VIVEXUM Core.

- Explain the product and subscription options, demonstrate relevant features, answer questions and follow opportunities through to purchase.

- Record sales activity and coordinate client handoff with our team.

Core subscription options: $99 per month with no minimum commitment, or $600 for an annual subscription.

Compensation:

- A fixed, one-time $120 commission per new Core client you acquire and close, regardless of whether the client chooses monthly or annual billing.

- Annual plan: the commission becomes payable once the annual payment is collected.

- Monthly plan: the commission becomes payable once the second monthly payment is collected.

- No recurring commission. This replaces the previous percentage-based commission arrangement.

COMMON QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrable prospecting and sales experience, preferably B2B.

- Professional English; Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

- Clear communication, organization and consistent follow-through.

- Reliable transportation for local client visits in Central Florida.

- Willingness to work with the bonus/commission-only compensation described above.

SCHEDULE AND ONBOARDING

Part-time schedule and brand-specific start date to be agreed. This is not an inbound-only role. Product training, sales materials and written employment and commission terms will be explained before joining. Earnings depend on sales; no guaranteed income, client volume or company-provided pipeline is promised.
