Customer Service Representative

Training schedule: 4 weeks; Mon-Fri 9:00am -6:00pm Multiple Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon and Overnight  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven Experience:   A minimum of 6 months of successful experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service environment

• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work weekend shifts within our dynamic 24/7 operations . 

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Minimum Requirement) .

• Background Verification: Successful completion of a standard pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay rate: $16.5 - $16.51 per hour
Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Be the First Responder: Promptly answer incoming emergency calls from drivers involved in automobile accidents.

• Coordinate Lifelines: Gather critical information and swiftly dispatch police, fire, or medical services to the scene.

• Provide Vital Services: Assist with Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Automatic Collision Notifications, and Enhanced Roadside Assistance.

• Be the Calm in the Storm: Offer emotional support, reassurance, and clear guidance to callers in high-distress situations.
