Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch RESPONSIBILITIES Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance Participate as a member of the safety committee Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed Medical and dental insurance Vision plan Flexible spending plans EXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions! Philosophy Qualifications HS Diploma plus 1 year Human Resources experience required; Experience and/or knowledge of UKG, Benefits, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Leave a plus; Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files; Ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
