Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the RN Supervisor supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.Qualifications for RN Supervisor:Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.Our Core Values in Action:Passion – Providing hands-on leadership that ensures residents receive safe, attentive, and compassionate nursing care.Respect – Leading with professionalism, fairness, and dignity in all interactions with residents, families, and staff.Excellence – Upholding high clinical standards and ensuring compliance through strong leadership and accountability.Benefits for RN Supervisor:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeShift differentialsCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 111-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
