Production Operators

Production Operator TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a well-established manufacturing company offering outstanding long-term career opportunities. Most new employees begin on 2nd or 3rd shift and may have the opportunity to bid into daylight positions based on seniority. Available Shifts: Daylight: 7:00 AM 3:15 PM Afternoon: 3:15 PM 11:30 PM Night: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM What You'll Do: This is a cross-functional production role where you'll be trained in multiple areas of the plant, including: Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines Load bottles, drums, boxes, and packaging materials into production equipment Perform quality inspections and remove defective products Connect and disconnect transfer hoses used throughout production Assist with blending operations by adding production materials Collect product samples for quality testing Monitor storage tank levels and record measurements Load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available) As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to learn additional production processes and equipment throughout the facility.
