Role Overview The Advanced Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, upholding high-quality imaging standards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care. Schedule 7 a – 3:30 p, every other weekend, rotate holidays. Loan Repayment Assistance Program The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to Mercy Imaging co‑workers in a 24 X 7 hospital‑based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum. Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. Experience: no experience required. Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry or registry eligible. Achieve ARRT registry within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
