Position Overview WFS Group is a high‑performance sales agency that offers "done for you sales operations" to online, digital‑marketing clients in the alternative education sector. The Sales Manager leads teams that sell transformative programs—business consulting, real estate investment, mergers & acquisitions, and more—driving growth for our clients and exceeding their return‑on‑ad‑spend targets. You Should Apply To This Role If You have sales‑management experience overseeing large teams. You have extensive experience working in lead‑generation based businesses. You excel at both the qualitative side (culture, training, rep development) and the quantitative side (data, metrics, KPIs, quotas) of sales. You have driven efficiency through tech stack and process optimization. You have managed sales teams in the high‑ticket alternative education space (a huge plus). You understand sales enablement and can contribute to sales material development. You know how to lead and motivate high‑intensity sales teams. You are comfortable with sales tech and spreadsheets. You value a feedback loop with marketing. You have struggled to keep your current role exciting and want a fast‑paced environment. You believe in the power of data to drive decisions. You enjoy learning new things while having fun. You love continuous learning and new challenges. You Should Not Apply To This Role If You are not an independent thinker. You lack experience managing sales teams through data and forecasts. You have not overseen a team of five or more sales reps. You would find it lame to help teams grow quickly. You cannot learn and manage CRM systems and reports. You are clueless about lead generation. You get frustrated easily instead of solving challenges. You are not teachable and do not seek personal development. You refuse to adapt to basic workplace preferences (e.g., personal snack choices). Major Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity daily. Collaborate with marketing on lead‑flow initiatives to ensure profitable ROAS. Track and monitor sales reps’ pipelines to enforce best practices. Manage CRM to identify and prevent missed opportunities. Run all daily sales syncs. Create sales training for the Sales Training Center (STC). Enforce adherence to SOPs. Review and analyze call recordings, creating call‑review materials. Help strategize deals with reps to increase sales. Maintain projections and manage sales quotas. Track and evaluate rep performance for data‑driven decisions. Exemplify core values and highlight repos. Review end‑of‑day reports. Attend account status meetings. Study account offers and product knowledge (STC resident expert). Communicate staffing needs based on capacity and performance. Assist CSO and recruiting in interviewing and hiring new reps. Onboard, train, and ramp new reps. Identify sales‑enablement assets and process improvements. Work with integrators on data, reporting, and CRM accuracy. Communicate all tech‑related tasks to the integrator.
