Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team. Job Duties and Responsibilities Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition. Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities. Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival. Answers the telephone within three rings with a smile and directs calls as needed. Counts bank at the beginning and end of each shift and reports all cash over/shorts to management. Keeps the front desk area clean and organized. Assists with lobby activation as needed. Handles guest PPI data following proper procedures. Follows check-in/check-out checklists, retrieving required identification and payment documents. Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries. Performs additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives. Education and Experience Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations. In‑depth knowledge of hotel front‑desk operations. Minimum high‑school education. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
