Our full-time employees also have access to medical, dental, vision, and other insurance options.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ASSOCIATEThis position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.WORK SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYINGThis position works a set schedule of Monday through Friday second shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. This schedule is fixed to meet consistent customer service needs — there is no flexibility to adjust these days or hours. Please apply only if you are able to reliably commit to this schedule.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ASSOCIATEExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)Experience with Warehouse Management SystemsStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused attitude with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with employees at all levels and build positive working relationshipsAbility to organize resources, establish priorities, and manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracySelf-directed with a high level of personal organization and driveFlexible and adaptable to changing job requirementsWorking knowledge of all warehouse processes, with the ability to perform them as neededAbility to be trained to operate powered industrial lift trucks and pallet jacksAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reportsAbility to present information clearly and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, and the general publicHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Minimum of 2 years of verifiable warehouse, distribution, delivery, or related experience preferredAbility to meet company requirements for operating a company vehicleAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment following required training and certificationAbility to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.This job operates in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to inside ambient temperatures. Noise level may be high when operating powered industrial equipment.
