Commercial Leasing Manager, Woodbury, Long Island, NYRobert Half is partnering with a premier commercial real estate owner/operator on Long Island to identify a Commercial Leasing Manager. The Commercial Leasing Manager is a highly visible role responsible for driving leasing activity across a portfolio of retail and commercial properties while overseeing the full lease lifecycle from prospect engagement through lease execution and tenant onboarding. We are seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager with hands-on experience in commercial or retail leasing, including both business development/sales activities and lease administration responsibilities.As the Commercial Leasing Manager, you will: Manage leasing activity for a portfolio of retail and commercial assets, including broker relationships, prospect outreach, property tours, negotiations, and deal progression.Coordinate transactions from LOI through lease execution, ensuring accuracy of lease terms, documentation, approvals, and tenant onboarding.Maintain lease records, critical dates, renewals, rent commencement schedules, and occupancy data using property management systems such as Yardi or similar platforms.Prepare leasing, occupancy, pipeline, and financial reports while supporting deal analysis, forecasting, and portfolio performance reviews.Partner with ownership, legal, accounting, construction, property management, tenants, and brokers to facilitate successful lease transactions and operational execution.The ideal Commercial Leasing Manager is equally comfortable cultivating leasing opportunities, managing broker and tenant relationships, reviewing lease terms, and ensuring transactions move efficiently from initial discussions through occupancy.
