Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer will specialize in branding and packaging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and possess a keen eye for detail. Keep up-to-date with the latest packaging and design trends and create compelling packaging, collateral, web banners, and style/brand guides. They will work on projects under Senior Graphic Designers and an Art Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *A successful Graphic Artist Designer satisfactorily performs these general categories of duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in developing and executing innovative branding and packaging designs for beauty, health, and wellness products Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure designs are cutting-edge and relevant Assist in creating comprehensive brand guides that articulate brand identity, tone, and visual elements Work on design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines. Adhere to existing brand guidelines Collaborate effectively with your team Accept guidance and direction from senior designers and art director to foster your growth and development. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or graphic design training Proven experience (3+ years) working as a graphic designer preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industries Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging design projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with beauty, health, and wellness brands Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials Understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior Rendering abilities Light Retouching Photography skills a plus Illustration skills a plus Working knowledge of Figma a plus Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful designs for leading brands in the beauty, health, and wellness industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
