Kelly is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator I for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. If you have CNC machining experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a global manufacturing leader, wed love to hear from you!

1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

$32.80/hour

As a CNC Machine Operator I, you will operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders to machine metal and non-metal workpieces. Youll read blueprints and job orders, load and unload parts into fixtures, start automatic machine cycles, adjust CNC offsets as needed, and perform precision measurements and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Youll also complete hourly production, quality, and safety checks, identify quality issues, follow all safety procedures, and communicate effectively with your Team Lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

This position requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 33 pounds occasionally. The work environment includes moving machinery, loud noise, fumes, and occasional exposure to varying temperatures.
