Geriatric Programs Lead — Accreditation & Quality

Kent Hospital in Rhode Island seeks a Geriatric Program Coordinator to lead hospital-wide geriatric initiatives, including ACS GSV and GED A accreditation programs, CMS Age-Friendly Measures, and the ACE Unit activities. You will oversee data collection, dashboards, and reporting to support quality and safety goals. You will collaborate with physician, nursing, and ancillary leaders, coordinate meetings, drive QI/PI projects, and educate staff on improvement methodologies, with opportunities to #J-18808-Ljbffr Kent Hospital
