Graphic Designer

AIR Communities is seeking a driven, highly organized, and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Team. This mid-level role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creative development with project coordination and execution. The Graphic Designer will manage projects from concept through completion, partnering closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Project Managers, and external vendors to deliver compelling visual solutions that support leasing, retention, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives. Beyond creating exceptional design work, this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate signage production, installations, vendor communications, timelines, and project deliverables. The successful candidate is both a creative problem-solver and a proactive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. What You'll Do Creative Design & Brand Execution Develop innovative design solutions that support business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Create print and digital marketing materials including: Community branding assets Signage and wayfinding systems Marketing collateral and brochures Leasing and sales materials Print advertising Email and digital campaigns Environmental graphics Presentation materials Ensure consistency across all marketing, branding, and customer-facing communications. Maintain and evolve corporate design standards, templates, and visual guidelines. Translate business needs into clear, compelling visual communications. Project Management & Coordination Manage creative projects from intake through final delivery while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Partner with internal teams to identify project goals, requirements, and implementation strategies.
