While we appreciate your interest, our opening is currently for an efficient and dedicated individual to serve as Restaurant Manager at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, an eclectic and vibrant full dining experience located at 316 NW 24th St., Wynwood, Miami, FL. We are looking for a self‑starter who is motivated and hardworking, with certified food service skills and the following qualifications: Experience with administrative duties including training and coaching staff. Proficient in time management, inventory, labor scheduling, and restaurant analytics. Strong food safety certification and compliance with customer service expectations. Flexibility to work days, nights, alternate weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position with an average of 35–45 hours per week. Responsibilities Inventory, par levels, labor management & scheduling, managing & training staff, hiring & onboarding, maintaining safety, and increasing productivity. Conduct pre‑shifts and management meetings. Qualifications Food Safety Manager Certification. 2+ years of experience in a full‑service restaurant (not a fast‑food establishment).
