Center Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Columbus ABA center. This critical role is the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support. You’ll ensure that every day runs like clockwork—freeing up our clinical team to focus on delivering world-class therapy.This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with outstanding logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence. Responsibilities Master Scheduling & Capacity Management Client Intake & Onboarding Front Desk Operations & Hospitality Policy Adherence & Staff Support Admin, Facilities & Reporting Support Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a scheduling, administrative, or reception role, preferably within a healthcare or educational setting. Demonstrated expertise in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and digital scheduling platforms. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite. Formal HIPAA training and extensive experience in a high-volume customer-service environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a similar field. Prior experience or exposure to an ABA therapy or pediatric clinic environment, providing a foundational understanding of the clinical setting. Working knowledge of the Ohio Scholarship program. Bilingual proficiency. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) or experience with data visualization tools for enhanced reporting capabilities.
