Duties

Help

  1. Brief Access Manager weekly regarding clinic compliance with schedule requirements and all related access metric deficiencies.
  2. Design the master schedules/templates and booking criteria in accordance with the requirements of the individual clinics.
  3. Protect patient confidentiality by not disclosing unauthorized medical/personal information.
  4. Coordinate with the Patient Appointing Office to input provider master schedules/templates, schedule and booking criteria modifications.
  5. Monitor clinics having inadequate access to care and provide direct feedback along with recommendations for improved business processes.
