Staff Accountant

Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Analyze financial data and support reporting processes Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Support audit requests and maintain accounting documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-4+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP principles Proficiency with Excel and accounting software/ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
