What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and serve as their trusted point of contact throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services based on Hyundai guidelines
- Clearly explain service options, timelines, and costs
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Work closely with technicians and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of Hyundai products and services strongly preferred
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license
