Tim Moran Hyundai of Hemet is growing! We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic Service Department. If you enjoy working with people, have knowledge of Hyundai products , and thrive in a fast-paced environment , this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected dealership.
What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and serve as their trusted point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services based on Hyundai guidelines
• Clearly explain service options, timelines, and costs
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Work closely with technicians and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Knowledge of Hyundai products and services strongly preferred
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license
