EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISORS
$120,000–$200,000+ Annual Income | Top Performers Only
We are not looking for order writers.
We are hiring professional Service Advisors who know how to sell maintenance, build trust, and drive gross while protecting CSI.
Tim Moran Auto Group is expanding Fixed Operations and needs seasoned Advisors who can handle volume and maximize opportunity.
What We’re Looking For2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience
Strong customer communication and needs-analysis skills
Proven ability to sell recommended maintenance and repair
Comfortable managing high RO counts without sacrificing quality
Warranty and CP experience preferred
$120,000–$200,000+ annual income for top Advisors
Busy service drives with consistent car count
Strong technician depth and internal support
Clean processes, professional environment, and leadership
Career growth into management for elite performers
