UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join the over 350 employed providers of the SwedishAmerican Medical Group in Rockford, Illinois.

As a member of our medical group, you will enjoy excellent practice support, including:

Qualifications:

• MD or DO; BC or BE in Family Medicine
• Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire.
