This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to drive successful project delivery and alignment with business goals. Oversees compliance with all processes and procedures associated with the intake, approval and tracking processes including the business case model, prioritization, approval processes, and reporting requirements throughout the life cycle of a product. Basic Qualifications -Typically requires Bachelor’s degree with five to eight or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills & ExperiencePortfolio Management, PPM Governance, and Strategic Planning expertiseExperience with Clarity PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar portfolio management toolsAdvanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate skills for reporting and analyticsStrong knowledge of Agile, Product Management, and DevOps methodologiesProven ability to analyze business cases, financials, budgets, and performance metricsExperience building executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and KPIsSkilled in managing risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and OKRsStrong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communicationAbility to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authorityExceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and portfolio governance capabilitiesLocation expectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
