Qualifications The Military ProgramManager,under the direction of the Executive Director, andin collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services(DCS), providesoperational and clinical leadership for the Military Behavioral Health Recovery Program. This individualin collaboration with the DCS,is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, quality oversight, and continuous improvement of the 28-day inpa tient stay ., ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed care for Active-Duty Service Members, Veterans, National Guard, Reservists,and eligible military beneficiaries. The Program Manager leads an interdisciplinary team and serves as the primary liaison between clinical services, nursing, medical staff, recreational therapy, case management, business development, military commands (whenappropriate), and executive leadership. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master's Degree specializing insocial workpreferred, willconsider clinicalrelated mental healthareas for strong candidateswith demonstrated experience. Experience: Five (5)years' experienceinthemental health/behavioral healthfield.A plus for experience inapsychiatrichealthcarefacilityandminimumthree yearsleadershipexperience preferred. Licensure: Current unrestricted North CarolinaLCSWlicenserequired:Wwill consider LCSWA with experienceand iswithin one year of national ABSW LCSW test. Experience in one or more of the following: Military Behavioral Health PTSD treatment Trauma-informed care Inpatient Psychiatry Partial Hospitalization Intensive Outpatient Programs Preferred experience working with: Active-Duty Service Members Veterans Military Families Special Operations First Responders Knowledge Demonstrated (basic) knowledge of: Military culture Trauma-informed care PTSD Suicide prevention CBT ACT CPT Prolonged Exposure Motivational Interviewing Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care Additional Requirements: CPR certification andManagement of Aggressive Behavior training within90 daysof employment.Thorough knowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA,stateand federal regulatory requirements.
