If you're passionate about manufacturing, engineering, capital projects, automation, and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives that help produce products enjoyed by millions around the world.Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + comprehensive benefits packageWhat You'll DoLead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors.Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and production readiness.Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution.Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.5+ years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects.Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.How You Will Be SuccessfulChallenging the Expected: Deliver innovative manufacturing projects that improve efficiency, automation, and operational performance.Building Relationships: Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and executive leadership to achieve project success.Integrity and Respect: Communicate transparently, manage risks proactively, and drive accountability across project teams.Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, operational readiness, and employee safety.Passion for Cards: Help expand the world's largest trading card manufacturing operation by leading projects that support future growth and innovation.Why Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
