Video BankerLocation: Main BranchJob Type: Full-Time (On-Site)Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM & Friday, 8:00AM – 6:00PMCompensation: $24.00/hourlyJoin our dynamic Operations Team in Nashville, TNWe are seeking a member focused Video Banker that serves as a key point of contact for TENCU members, delivering exceptional service in a blended digital environment. While we take our work seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously.We're a team of innovators driven by creativity, collaboration and, above all, the joy we find in what we do.What You'll Do: With a dedication to a member centric approachProvide exceptional member service through friendly, professional, and courteous interactionsAssist members using video banking tools and various computer programsHandle member inquiries through phone, video, email, secure mail, and other digital channelsOpen and maintain deposit accounts and ancillary servicesProcess member requests such as:Regulation E inquiriesStop paymentsACH inquiriesAccount maintenance and closuresPassword resets and account information requestsInterview members and process consumer loan applications, including:Gathering required documentationMaking loan decisions within approved authorityClosing, funding, and disbursing loansMeeting with members regarding declined loansEffectively cross-sell credit union products and servicesMaintain compliance with federal regulations, policies, and proceduresBenefits: What We OfferWe are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package with competitive pay, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) Defined Contribution Plan with a generous 7% match, and eleven (11) paid holidays.What We're Looking ForThorough knowledge of credit union or financial institution products and servicesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in transactionsAbility to learn and follow federal regulations and internal policiesEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience in a credit union, bank, or financial institution requiredExperience with consumer loans and new accounts preferredMinimum typing speed of 40 WPM with at least 95% accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools such as OutlookPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.Ability to use a computer for long periods of time.Join a credit union that is dedicated to its people and its purpose.TENCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*This job opportunity is only open to local candidates in Tennessee*No recruiters please
