We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support vendor and client outreach for a Contract position based in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will connect with external partners by phone, confirm important account and payment details, and provide clear guidance on available payment methods and enrollment steps. The ideal candidate brings strong customer communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep records accurate while managing a fast-paced call workload.

Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to vendors and clients to confirm account details and payment-related information.
• Guide contacts through payment choices, registration steps, and documentation needs with a detail-oriented and service-focused approach.
• Enter new records and revise existing account information accurately within company databases and related platforms.
• Record conversations, status updates, and next steps thoroughly to maintain complete customer interaction histories.
• Reconnect with vendors and clients to obtain missing details and help move incomplete account setups toward completion.
• Examine account data for inconsistencies, research issues, and coordinate outreach to correct errors.
• Partner with internal teams to address account concerns and support timely completion of outstanding items.
• Achieve established expectations for call activity, service quality, productivity, and overall customer support performance.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role.
• Comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when updating account records.
• Ability to manage follow-up tasks, document interactions, and stay organized across multiple accounts.
• Problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, research account issues, and support resolution efforts.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems and the ability to learn internal applications quickly.
