Assistant Park Manager

Ton rôle En tant que Assistant Park Manager chez KO Jump, tu joues un rôle clé pour garantir une expérience exceptionnelle aux visiteurs. Tu veilles au bon déroulement des activités, à la sécurité et au dynamisme du parc, tout en supervisant l’équipe. Tes missions : Opérations & Expérience Client Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien du parc en soutien au Park Manager. Superviser l’accueil des visiteurs et garantir une expérience client optimale. Participer à l’organisation et au bon déroulement des événements (anniversaires, team building, etc.). Veiller à la propreté, l’entretien et la sécurité des installations du parc. Gestion d’équipe & Administration Encadrer et motiver l’équipe opérationnelle en collaboration avec le Park Manager. Participer à la gestion des plannings et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs. Superviser l’équipe en l'absence du Park Manager. Assurer le respect des procédures internes et des règles de sécurité. Support opérationnel Gérer les stocks et le matériel nécessaire aux activités. Être le relais entre l’équipe terrain et la direction pour améliorer l’organisation du parc. Contribuer à l’optimisation des opérations pour fluidifier l’expérience client. Ton profil : Expérience en gestion d’équipe ou en animation d’activités de loisirs. Sens du service, organisation et réactivité. Dynamique, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel. Une première expérience en événementiel, hôtellerie ou restauration est un plus. Maîtrise du français indispensable (le néerlandais et/ou l’anglais sont un atout).
