Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in K-12 settings, with a preference for elementary caseloads
• Expertise in counseling, assessments, and crisis intervention
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptability to both onsite and hybrid work arrangements
• Demonstrated understanding of special education processes and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop effective intervention plans
• Facilitate or support Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students in need of academic and behavioral support
• Participate in crisis response and intervention initiatives as needed
