Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR

CVOR Registered Nurse (Circulator) Cardiovascular Operating Room
Shift: Days (start ASAP). Weekend requirement: Every third weekend. On-call as needed.
Daily census: approximately 2 cases. Patient ratio (days): 1:1.
Minimum 1 year CVOR/cardiac/vascular OR experience required.
Strong vascular and cardiac experience required, particularly in circulating open heart and vascular cases.
Current state license or compact license at the time of submission.
ACLS certification preferred.
Experience with Cerner charting preferred.
Ability to circulate for CABG, valve, TAVR, aortic dissections, EVAR/TVAR, TCAR, open AAA cases.
Provide nursing care and support during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
Coordinate and manage the surgical environment as circulator.
Monitor patient status and respond to changes during procedures.
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain sterile techniques and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted). Background compliance documentation due two Fridays before start. Pass/fail EKG exam required.
