Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathology license
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in schools or pediatrics highly valued
• Strong commitment to fostering communication skills for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document session notes, progress reports, and IEP data in compliance with district requirements
• Provide consultative services, training, and resources to staff and families as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet students’ varied needs and learning styles
