This contract opportunity welcomes dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists interested in either elementary or high school environments. You'll work onsite, collaborating with educators and families to support communication skill development and student success across diverse needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Prior experience within school settings, especially at the elementary or high school level
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation
• Adaptable approach to working with students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with IEP goals
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and support to teachers, staff, and families to foster positive educational outcomes
• Manage a consistent caseload for either the elementary or high school population
• Engage in regular professional development to remain current with best practices
