Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to collaborative educational practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students, focusing on individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop intervention strategies tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, other school professionals, and families to support student progress and inclusive learning
• Maintain accurate records of services delivered, evaluations, and progress reports
